Location: Yarm, commutable from Middlesborough, Darlington, Stockton-on-Tees

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £16-£18 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled 360 Excavator Operator to join our team in Yarm. This position involves operating a 21-tonne excavator on various projects, including highways, groundworks, and other small civil schemes. The role is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate a 21-tonne 360 excavator efficiently and safely on highways, groundworks, and small civil schemes.

* Conduct daily maintenance checks and ensure the machinery is in optimal working condition.

* Follow site safety protocols and comply with all health and safety regulations.

* Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

* Execute excavation tasks with precision, including digging, grading, and trenching as required by the project specifications.

Key Requirements:

* Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 excavator operation.

* Proven experience operating a 360 excavator, preferably on similar projects.

* Strong understanding of site safety procedures and regulations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
