Your new companyHays Senior Finance and working exclusively with this growing construction business based in Cannock. The company has some exciting growth predictions over the next 12 months and are looking for a Management Accountant to work with the Head of Finance.

Your new roleThe job of the Management Accountant will be a varied one. It will involve but not be limited to:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Variance analysis
• Month end accounting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Commercial Analysis and Reporting
• Ensure the accuracy of monthly reporting is maintained to a high standard
• Evaluate the company's performance using key data
• Support adhoc accounting and financial month end requirements

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would either be a fully qualified accountant, or, if not qualified, have experience of working in the construction industry. They will have previously been used to working to deadlines and have good excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOK UPs.What you'll get in return This job will come with hybrid work as well as 25 days holiday, a generous bonus and a pension scheme.
