The Shore Group are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an agile, delivery-focused Main Contractor who undertake carefully selected UK-based projects between £2m-£15m in project value.

As Quanity Surveyor you will initially be responsible for the commercial aspects of an apartment block consisting of 100 units in Wimbledon, London which will commence in January 2025 and likely to complete in September 2026.

This position would suit those who have experience quantity surveying residential projects, ideally apartment blocks.
