Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Property Manager based at a popular Estate and Letting Agent in King's Lynn.

Location: King's Lynn.

Hours: 3 days a week, 09:00-17:00 (flexible).

Responsibilities:

Assist with lettings, sales, and property management.
Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to check the condition of buildings and grounds.
Communicate with residents, clients, and investors.
Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Competent IT skills.Requirements:

Experience in Property Management/Lettings is required.
A valid driving licence is required.Salary:
