Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester

Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £31,000 plus bonus
Monday to Friday

8am to 5pm with Saturdays on a rota

A leading automotive dealership is seeking a skilled Technician. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

You will be able to obtain your MOT Tester qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

* Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires).

* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

* Communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance needs.

* Maintain accurate service records.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Service Technician.

* Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3) preferred.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
