About the role:

Your primary responsibility will be raising revenue and capital funds through trusts, companies, and organising fundraising events. You will also be tasked with promoting Lambourne End Centre to potential funders, user groups, and the public, predominantly via our website and social media channels.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Secure funds from trusts, companies, and through engaging fundraising events.
Elevate the centre's profile among potential funders, user groups, and the public via our website and social media platforms.
Work creatively and effectively with colleagues
Utilise your excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use your initiative to find new and innovative ways to support the centre's objectives.

This role offers the flexibility to work 35 hours a week, including the possibility of occasional evenings and weekends.

About you:

The preferred candidate will be an early career professional with a passion for charity fundraising and a knack for creative thinking. You will take initiative and can collaborate productively with colleagues. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively engage and inspire others. You will have the flexibility to work outside of standard hours occasionally and be eager to be part of a transformative journey at Lambourne End.
