A Bit About the JobIn this role, you will report directly to the management team and take on a variety of responsibilities, including:* Assisting in the preparation of annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies* Preparing management accounts* Bookkeeping* Preparing VAT returns* Assisting with corporate and personal tax returns* General office and administrative duties

A Bit About YouWe are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:* Qualified by experience or currently working in an accountancy practice* Open to school leavers, college leavers (HNC/HND), and graduates* A positive attitude and the ability to work using your own initiative* Strong communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines* Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage Line 50, and IRIS (beneficial, but not essential)* Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
