• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Preparing finance contracts.
• Raising and delivering standard letters and documentation.
• Uploading data onto the correct systems accurately.
• Liaising with agents regarding the collection and disposal of assets.
• Supporting with the calculation of figures to send to brokers and customers.
• Processing customer payments.
• Additional responsibilities with training.WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
• Confident communicator with a great telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised with fantastic time management skills.
• IT literate - MS Office Outlook, Word, & Excel.AND FOR YOU:
