Join Our Client's Team as an M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias)!

Position: M&E Supervisor (Electrical Bias)

Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £58,000 - £60,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a large team of engineers, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of building systems

Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks

Oversee and manage electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently

Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance at all times

Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of facilities

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer with an electrical bias

Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (18th Edition Wiring Regulations + C&G Level 3 2365 Electrical Installations)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
