Commercial Finance Business Partner - Solihull / Hybrid - £55,000

Reporting into an impressive Head of Finance, you will be a strong finance business partner with an analytical mind-set, someone great with numbers and detail, who also has a commercial understanding in terms of how the numbers translate into changes in business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting for the board
• Supporting commercial activities from a finance perspective
• Analysing and reporting on performance
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business including non-financial
• Business partnering the commercial teams
• Monitoring and advising the board on weekly KPI's and identifying key variances
• Supporting commercial projects
• Strong Excel skills essential

You will be a Qualified candidate with a strong finance business partnering background, and good management accounts grounding within a commercial organisation. You will posses great communication skills, including the ability to challenge stakeholders and gain buy in where necessary.
