Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to construction companies to track ongoing projects that may require access panels or riser doors. This role is primarily call-based, complemented by email correspondence to ensure thorough follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to construction companies to enquire about ongoing projects (60% new business, 40% existing customer calls).

Identify potential needs for access panels or riser doors in ongoing construction projects.

Conduct follow-up communications through email to gather necessary project information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project details and interactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support.

Requirements:

Previous outbound sales experience preferred but would consider a customer service background.

Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in phone conversations.

Proficiency in written communication for email correspondence.

Comfortable with repetitive and structured tasks.

Ability to thrive in a laid-back and lively work environment.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

What We Offer:

Salary: £23809 plus commission (OTE £30,000) but this is uncapped

Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekend work, 4pm finish Friday. (845-5 Mon-Thursday 845-4 (Friday)
