Job Title: Finance Director (Contract)

Location: Remote / Flexible

Duration: 6-12 months

About Us:We are working with a high-growth SaaS company who are scaling rapidly within a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to establish and lead their group FP&A function and support the business during an exciting phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and oversee the FP&A function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting at a group level.
• Lead the preparation of the monthly reporting pack and board reports.
• Provide insights on cash flow management, treasury, working capital, FX, and tax matters.
• Support project/product costing evaluations to guide decision-making.
• Contribute to systems implementation, including integrating our existing Salesforce platform with a new billing system.
• Oversee group consolidation and multi-currency/multi-entity accounting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and audit standards.
• Provide guidance on strategic financial decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in setting up an FP&A function
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within SaaS or fast-growing tech businesses.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Experience in multi-currency and multi-entity consolidation.
• Advanced knowledge of cash flow, treasury, working capital, FX, and tax management.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and billing system integrations.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and audit practices.
