Salary: £166 - £180/day

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young minds, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring that all students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students

* Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student growth and development

* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary

* Collaborate with colleagues to develop a well-rounded curriculum

* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community

* Attend and contribute to staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events

* Support students with additional needs and promote an inclusive classroom

* Ensure the classroom is organized and well-prepared for each lesson

* Manage student behavior in accordance with the school's policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

* Experience in teaching primary-aged children is desirable

* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A positive, patient, and creative approach to teaching

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively

* Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children

* Specialised experience in [e.g., literacy, numeracy, SEN] is an advantage
