Senior Electrical Project Manager - London - Salary £90,000 - £110,000 + Travel + Healthcare + Pension + Bonus

Following a recent project win of a £30m+ (MEP value) Data Centre in Slough, my client is looking to expand its operational team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Leading and delivering the specific job

* Management of internal Operations Team

* Overseeing and supporting Project Managers, Supervisors and Engineers

* Manage the issuing of RFI, Tech-Subs, Benchmarks, Snagging & QA

* Value Engineering & Better Buying

* Cost Control working alongside the commercial team

* Manage our Supply Chains (Sub-contractors & Suppliers)

* Control and manage programme deadlines, early handovers and final PC

* Be proactive, attend MC & Client workshop meetings

* If project is finically successful bonus will apply

The ideal candidate:

* Must be from a electrical background with experience managing full delivery

* Have experience managing a project or business unit of at least £15m + (MEP value)

* Have the right forward-thinking attitude
