Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third-sector provider, that supports adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities and complex Physical Disabilities.
This quality-focused provider requires a Registered Manager to work within their established residential care and rehabilitation service for individuals with an acquired brain injury in the Leeds, West Yorkshire area.
The Registered Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire duties will include:
* Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with an acquired brain injury.
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
* Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.
The Registered Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire will need:
* A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability through their rehabilitation journey.
* A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
* Experience in leading and motivating care teams as well.
* Experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
* Effective organisational and time management skills.
* Previous experience working in a clinical setting or specialist care service.
Successful candidates will receive a base salary of up to £43K per annum and a range of benefits including:
