Location: Welwyn Garden City  

Hours: 9am to 5pm, (30-34 hours a week)

Salary: £12.82 an hour, weekly pay

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Welwyn Garden City on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Duties of an Administrator:

Update and maintain the database with the correct information
Support the recruitment, selection, and induction of a diverse and wide range of volunteers
Provide support to volunteers, colleagues, and managers on a range of volunteering enquiries and issues as they arise.
Liaise with colleagues in all areas of the charity to determine departmental volunteer needs
HR admin support as and when 
What we would like from you:

Previous experience within administration
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Knowledge of CRM databases
Confident computer user
Attention to detail
