Are you seeking the next advancement in your security career? Look no further! We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Cambridge.

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: CAMBRIDGE

Salary: £14.96 per hour

Working Hours: Average 42 hours per week, working 4 on / 4 off, nights and weekends (19:00 - 07:00 with a 1-hour paid break)

Responsibilities

Supervise security staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular security patrols to deter criminal activity.
Control access and egress points effectively.
Monitor security systems and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively via security radio operations.
Understand fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
Manage emergency situations efficiently.

Essential Requirements

Current and active SIA licence (either Security Guard, Door Supervisor, or Close Protection).
Valid full UK manual driving licence.
At least 1 year's experience in the security sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management and ability to plan workload effectively.
