A well-established and experienced IFA firm providing financial advice to high-net-worth medical professionals and their families on a wide range of planning. My client is seeking a experienced financial administrator to join their successful financial planning team in Bournemouth, supporting the advisers, paraplanners and other administrators in providing a quality service to clients.

Being a family run business staff enjoy benefits to include flexi-hours/ working pattern, team rewards, a bonus structure, 24 days holiday + BH, extra day off on your birthday, a 'additional benefit day’ each month and 5% employee, 3% employer pension contributions.

My client is looking to pay circa £32,000 per annum for a administrator with proven IFA/ financial planning administrative experience who has worked on Xplan.

Duties such as…

  • Client servicing, meeting and new business admin support
  • New Business and application submissions
  • Research gathering for products through authority letters
  • Illustrations and product/platform online portals
  • Maintaining records on back-office system - X-Plan
  • Supporting the advisers and working with other team members to cover other tasks relating to client servicing and advice
