Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our team at a workshop.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Main Duties:

* Supervise and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.

* Coordinate daily activities and allocate tasks based on project requirements.

* Monitor work quality and adherence to safety regulations, addressing any issues promptly.

* Maintain clear communication with management regarding project progress, challenges, and resource needs.

Requirements:

* SSSTS

* Come from a background in working in the manufacture of high end joinery

* Contactable references

Job Details:

* Start: 11th of November

* Working hours 7.30am-7pm (1 hour brake)

* Monday to Friday - weekly pay

* Rate £22p/h

* Location: Capita House, Runcorn, WA7 3QA
