Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reactive and pre-planned maintenance on-site (Hospital).
* Deliver a multi-skilled maintenance service covering mechanical and electrical disciplines.
* Ensure optimum performance of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Handle modifications and installations as required.
* Coordinate with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
* Engage effectively with clients and management.
Qualifications:
* City & Guild Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
* Prior experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.
* Competence in report writing and handling paperwork.
Shift Pattern:
* 4 Days
* 4 Off
* 4 Nights
* 4 Off
