We are pleased to be working with an excellent company who are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join their finance department on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent role for someone who is studying for their AAT who wants to progress into an assistant accountant. You will report into the financial controller and join a team of 4 within finance.

Duties will include;

• Processing high volume purchase invoices
• Matching and coding invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing expense and petty cash
• Payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Sales ledger invoices
• Credit card reconciliations
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assisting with month end duties; accruals and prepayments
• Other adhoc duties
