Job Role: Multi-Trader – Maintenance

Area: London

Salary: £40k - £45k

My client is looking for a Multi-Trader to join the team based in London. This will be maintenance on a commercial and residential block. You will be covering London and surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Ensure PPM works are carried out to a high standard.
• General Maintenance.
• Repair and servicing.
• Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical and Electrical systems, fittings, and plantrooms.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Proven experience, within a similar role
• Mechanical or Electrical City & Guilds
• Good communication skills
