This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a strong background in Residential or Commercial Conveyancing who are eager to retrain and step into property finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on property finance matters.
• Handling a range of property finance transactions, including commercial and residential development finance, loans, and secured lending.
• Managing client relationships, offering clear communication and high levels of client care.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to support clients with complex property finance needs.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Conveyancing experience (Residential or Commercial) is essential; however, you will be retrained in Property Finance.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to develop your skills and knowledge in a new area of law.
• A proactive and professional approach with a client-focused mindset.
