🌟 About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, planning and managing urgent transport solutions to keep our clients moving. Working closely with carriers, suppliers, and clients, you'll ensure all schedules and deadlines are met-no matter the challenge!

✨ What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Coordinate and monitor urgent transport solutions across Europe and beyond
✅ Communicate with international carriers to secure the best transport options
✅ Work under strict time constraints, ensuring shipments stay on track
✅ Provide top-tier customer service, updating clients at key milestones
✅ Identify and resolve transport delays, offering proactive solutions
✅ Maintain and update our bespoke transportation management system

🏆 What We're Looking For:

✔️ Logistics experience is a plus, but full training is provided!
✔️ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✔️ Excellent written & verbal communication abilities
✔️ IT-savvy - confident with Word, Excel & Outlook
✔️ Ability to stay cool under pressure and deliver exceptional service
