Leader Group is thrilled to partner with a leading children's residential care provider to support their staffing needs. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join this exciting service, making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience working with children, young people, and families.
• A background in supporting young people with emotional, behavioral, and complex needs.
• The ability to lead and support colleagues through supervisions, appraisals, and mentoring.
• Strong skills in completing quality documentation and supporting accurate reporting and record-keeping.
• A solid understanding of issues in children's social work, including relevant childcare legislation and guidance.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with young people and other professionals.
• Evidence of continued professional development, ideally with a Level 3 Diploma/NVQ 3 in Caring for Children and Young People in Residential Care.

Role Details:

• Position: Full-time Children's Residential Support Worker
• Pay: £11.50 - £14.00 per hour - Depending on qualification and Experience
• Sleep ins - £60 per sleep
• Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week, including evenings, waking nights, and weekends on a rota basis.
