Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about supporting young learners through their education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Key Stage 1 (KS1) team at a friendly and inclusive school in the Weybridge area.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

* Provide hands-on support to children in their learning and development.

* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.

* Assist with classroom preparation and organization.

* Support individual students or small groups with additional needs to help them thrive.

* Foster a positive and encouraging environment for all pupils.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire confidence in young learners.

* Prior experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable but not essential.
