Job Title: CustomerIntegration Support AssistantLocation: BirminghamSalary: £25,500 - £30,000 (DOE)The RoleTo provide comprehensive technical and commercial support to both new and existing customers, serving as the single point of contact within the Sales Operations team where appropriate. The role will involve proactively supporting sales teams in the development of new business while maintaining high levels of service to existing accounts. The successful candidate will identify, implement, and develop effective ways to service customers, specialising in either technical or commercial support but performing both roles as needed.Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist customers with system setup, testing, and maintenance.
  • Update customers on new features and product developments.
  • Ensure correct setup of customer accounts and troubleshoot issues.
  • Relay customer feedback for process improvements.
  • Lead or participate in improvement projects as needed.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the business, products, and best practices.
  • Support customer integrations and manage new order requirements.
  • Oversee customer pricing, SLAs, and internal sales portals.
  • Provide training and support to the Sales Support Team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
Technical/Functional Skills & Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of integration systems, including but not limited to EDI, Linnworks, Shopify, Pim, and Aspin.
  • Understanding of systems and procedures within the business.
  • Familiarity with the current customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High levels of commercial acumen.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise own workload and that of others.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Calm, methodical approach, able to cope with challenging workloads, including peaks and troughs.
  • Tenacious and resilient.
