Town Planner | Senior Town Planner

Location: Dublin

The Roles

We have opportunities for experienced planners at both consultant and senior consultant levels. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning services across a range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, residential, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a variety of planning projects, from initial appraisals to planning applications and appeals.
• Preparing detailed planning reports and development plan submissions.
• Engaging with stakeholders, clients, and planning authorities to navigate the planning process.
• Conducting research and staying up to date with planning policies and regulations.
• Working collaboratively with a dynamic team while maintaining a proactive and independent approach to project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning (IPI or RTPI accredited).
• A minimum of 2-3 years' professional experience in Ireland for consultant-level applicants.
• At least 5 years' professional experience in Ireland for senior-level applicants.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A full driving licence and access to a car.
