Service Advisor - Leeds
£27,612 + £6,000 Bonus | Overtime Available
Full-time, Permanent | 45 hours per week | 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid at time and a half)

Actio Recruitment is assisting our multi-award-winning, family-owned automotive dealership in Leeds with their search for a Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company that prides itself on delivering the very best in customer service.

What's on Offer?

* £27,612 basic salary plus up to £6,000 in department bonuses

* Overtime available, 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at time and a half

* 45-hour work week (Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm, half-hour lunch)

The Role:

* Be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service

* Manage service bookings and liaise with workshop teams

* Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and ensure their needs are met

* Maintain accurate records and process invoices
