Position: Recently Qualified Architectural Technician

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential projects using Revit (essential).

* Assist with planning applications and ensure compliance with UK building regulations.

* Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients to support project delivery.

* Proficiency in Revit is essential.
