Smart Solutions are currently working with a leading Logistics organisation in Crick who are looking for Customer Service representatives to join their growing team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Days - Monday to Friday

Hours - (Apply online only) or (Apply online only)

Pay - £12.25 per hour

Responsibilities

* Speaking with Customers over the phone and email

* Creating KPI packs to send out to Customers

* Use of Excel and updating reports

* Ability to deal with queries and complaints over email

* Speaking with various departments to resolve customer queries

Requirements

* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics industry

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.

* Experience within excel

* Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
