Role Overview:
As a Qualified Supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising and overseeing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines. You will be responsible for supervising electrical teams, carrying out inspections, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage electrical installation work on-site to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and standards.

* Inspect and test electrical installations, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required quality.

* Ensure that all electrical works are carried out in line with the company's health and safety procedures.

* Provide guidance and support to electrical teams, including apprentices and junior staff, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

* Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure full compliance with electrical safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, and testing results.

* Assist with the preparation of project documentation and reports.

* Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to ensure that work is completed according to their specifications and deadlines.

* Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and qualifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

* A valid and relevant electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2391, or equivalent).

* Previous experience in a Qualified Supervisor or Senior Electrician role.

* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations (e.g., IET Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition).

* Experience in supervising electrical installation teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

* Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Full UK driving license.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenges on-site
