Property Manager - East London

A strong independent, well-respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable, professional and team playing based in East London

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

* Responsible for property portfolio

* Arranging maintenance

* Liaising between landlords/tenants to keep them updated

* Negotiating deposit returns at end of tenancy

* Renewing gas/electric/EPC certificates

* Dealing with tenancy renewals 6 monthly inspections

* Renewing rent/legal protections

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

* Ideally have a minimum of 1 years property management experience.

* It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy

* Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful.

* ARLA Qualified would be an advantage

* Be able to manage their own workload

* Car preferable although not essential so long as they can easily commute to the required office - tube 5 mins walk

* Full training provided for those with less experience

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary range will be:

£28000pa to £32,000 DOE
