Our client is looking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse with a strong background in clinical leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a specialist service dedicated to supporting individuals with epilepsy and complex needs, including dementia, physical and learning disabilities, brain injury, and autism. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you'll provide critical leadership, ensuring that care is person-centred and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Requirements for the role: - Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
- Leadership Background: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse in a care home or similar setting
- Specialised Expertise: Skilled in supporting individuals with epilepsy, learning disabilities and managing behaviours that may challenge, with a commitment to compassionate care
