The Job:

You'll be handling a variety of fabric maintenance tasks, keeping office buildings safe and well-maintained. Duties include:
Basic carpentry - Door repairs, lock changes, partition walls, and skirting boards.
Plumbing work - Fixing leaks, unblocking sinks, and basic pipework.
Painting & decorating - Touch-ups, re-painting, and general cosmetic repairs.
Ceiling & flooring repairs - Replacing tiles, minor flooring fixes.
General handyman duties - Fixing fixtures, assembling furniture, and general maintenance tasks.

What You Need:

Experience in commercial maintenance (offices preferred)
A solid mix of fabric, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
