Job Title: Strategy DirectorLocation: London, UKType: 6-Month FTC

Inventum are working with an exciting growing independent media and creative agency looking for a new hire, strategy director to support them in their period of growth. Exciting pathway to become Head of Strategy.

It will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of ourclients' campaigns, mainly across media (paid, owned and earned) and creative (advertising,branding and activation)

Responsibilities:* Lead the strategic planning process for client campaigns, from initial research and insights tofinal execution and measurement.

* Collaborate closely with creative, account management, media and digital teams to ensurestrategic alignment across all campaign elements

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making adjustments as necessary tooptimize results

Skills Needed:

* Proven experience in a senior strategic role within an advertising agency or similarenvironment - you'll have ideally worked in both media and creative agencies, but an innateunderstanding of the creative process is essential

* Strong track record of great campaigns and great new business wins

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire bothclients and internal teams (this is essential)

* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
