The Role

This is a full time role for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor based at the office in Beverley.

The successful person will manage a case load that will include contractual disputes, shareholder/director disputes, commercial property litigation and business protection cases (breach of restrictive covenants and springboard injunctions).

Day to day tasks will include advising clients on their legal options, drafting persuasive legal argument in pre-action correspondence, instructing Counsel, attending Court, where necessary, and assisting clients with achieving the best possible outcome in each case.

The solicitor concerned will explore ways to grow the firm's existing client base and attend events and functions to raise the profile of the firm further. There is plenty of scope for personal development and career progression.

Requirements for the role

Qualified Solicitor, ideally, with in excess of 5 years' post qualification experience.
A core focus on client care.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail.
A growth mindset.
Experience in dispute resolution and court proceedings.
