My clients medium sized global forwarder seeking an experienced Key account manager to join their Heathrow team, you would be joining a well established, growing forwarder!

Duties would include:

• Customs entries for air freight shipments
• Dealing with all modes imports/exports- air,sea and road freight
• Quoting clients
• Raising invoices
• Arranging collections
• Liaising with overseas agents and airlines
• Main point of contact for key accounts

Skills required:

• 10+ years experience within the freight forwarding industry
• Ideally time critical/ pharma experience
• Import customs experience
• Good knowledge of all modes of transport- imports and exports
• Attention to detail
• Steady work history
• Outstanding customer service skills
• PC literate

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
