Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Supervisor to oversee our water management and remedial projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of plumbing work within our refurbishment and fit-out projects. This role is paying £40,000 - £46,000 dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

* Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

* Oversee water management systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.

* Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any plumbing issues.

* Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

* Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of water management systems and remedial plumbing.

* Experience in refurbishment and comprehensive internal fit-out projects.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
