Walker & Sloan is recruiting a Senior Estimator for a leading residential contractor and developer based in Bristol. This is a strategic role, offering the opportunity to lead the estimating function for high-quality residential developments across the region.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing tender documentation, and developing competitive bids for residential schemes. You'll collaborate with the pre-construction and project teams to ensure that cost plans are accurate and align with project specifications and budgets.

This position requires extensive experience in estimating for residential developments, including new builds and refurbishments. Strong knowledge of local markets, subcontractor relationships, and construction methods will be essential for success.
