If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Join the dynamic team as a Supported Housing Officer on a contract basis. Based at a project in South Glos, you will be an integral part of our Supported Housing department, reporting to the Team Leader.

• Facilitate trusting relationships and tailored support for individuals with complex needs
• Promote opportunities for education, training, and employment
• Work collaboratively with external agencies to enhance support outcomes

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in supported housing and homelessness support
• Demonstrated expertise in tenancy sustainment and benefit advice
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to assess support needs and manage rent accounts
• A commitment to continual professional development and safeguarding procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in social services or related field
• Training or certification in welfare benefits and financial advice
• Understanding of health and safety compliance within supported housing environments
