Role Overview:
As our Reprographics Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the school's reprographics services. From managing multi-functional printers to designing various forms and maintaining accounts, you will be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all reprographics technician tasks, including printing, laminating, and binding.
Oversee the functionality and maintenance of photocopiers and printers across the school, liaising with RISO as needed.
Provide training to staff on effective use of reprographics equipment.
Collect and distribute post from the main reception to staff trays in the Reprographics Room.
Maintain and organize staff trays, including updating labels for new starters and leavers.
Support continuous improvement in the reprographics technician processes.Skills and Requirements:

A flexible team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Strong communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience or familiarity with reprographics technician tasks is desirable but not essential.Why Join Us?

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 3.30pm
Friday: 7.30am - 3.15pm
