Conveyancing Fee Earner - All levels considered.

A law firm in Liverpool is looking to grow its team by recruiting a Conveyancing Fee Earner for its residential conveyancing team.

The position provides ample opportunity for career advancement, offering excellent prospects for growth.

Duties:

• Managing sales and purchase files comprehensively from initiation to completion.
• Performing title checks on purchase transactions
• Evaluating replies to pre-contract enquiries in purchase transactions.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.00 pm
