Are you ready to make a significant impact within MOD? Brookstreet is seeking a skilled HEO Support Officer professional for a hybrid role at our client's Corsham location, offering 2-3 days per week in-office with the potential for contract extension beyond 31/03/2025.

Position Overview:

Location: E2, Building 405, Westwells Road, MOD Corsham, SN13 9NR
Pay Rate: £18.35/hr + £0.50/hr allowance
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, hybrid role 2-3 days/week from homeKey Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling: Assist with project planning, enabling smooth project flow.
Cost Monitoring & Financial Oversight: A crucial part of this role is ensuring all project costs are effectively monitored. You'll track project spending, handle invoicing support, and contribute to budget planning.
Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain project controls and assist in producing reports.
Administrative Excellence: Manage project files with strong version control and support contract performance review meetings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and update the stakeholder log, serving as a central contact for information requests.
Meeting Coordination: Organize key meetings and provide comprehensive secretariat support.Essential Knowledge & Experience:

Strong experience in financial tracking or cost monitoring within projects.
Proven experience working across departments (e.g., finance, business management).
Proficiency in Office collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Teams).
Background in supporting workforce resourcing.Mandatory: valid SC clearance
