Job Title: BFC Driver and Warehouse Operative
Location: Redditch
Hours: 38.5 (08:30-17:00 M-T) & (08:#removed#F)
Salary: £25,833.60

Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including but not limited to:
Goods in and out processing
Forklift operation
Organising stock and ensuring warehouse cleanliness
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Loading various types of transport
Completing and processing necessary paperwork for goodsAdditionally, the role involves driving duties across multiple company sites, including:
Delivering goods to customers
Restocking KANBAN and Bin Systems at customer sites
Collecting goods from suppliers and third-party partners
Ensuring company vehicles are maintained in a clean and tidy conditionKey Responsibilities:
Waste Management: Uphold company waste and recycling standards to reduce environmental impact and costs.
Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse, equipment, and vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained.
Inter-site Support: Be willing to assist other company sites when required.
Fleet Management: Use equipment safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, support stock checks, and assist with restocking customer sites.
Deliveries: Verify accuracy of orders before dispatching.Skills and Requirements:
Full UK driving licence, able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (Essential)
Forklift (Counterbalance) experience (Desirable, training can be provided)
Proficiency in using PCs (Essential)
Strong communication skills (Essential)
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or as part of a team (Essential)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards (Essential)
Good command of English, both written and verbal (Essential)
Willingness to learn new skills (Essential)Benefits:
