Role:

Seeking a full time DT teacher with Secondary QTS, starting from the 1st January 2025 to the 15th June 2025. The successful candidate will be teaching secondary school students Design and Technology in a workshop environment, following a curriculum where pupils learn skills using Photoshop, Adobe and Illustrator. The role also requires teaching pupils how to operate machinery safely and guiding them appropriately, so they learn the importance of looking after the resources available to them.

Requirements:

* Secondary QTS

* Skilled in Graphics and product design - able to use Photoshop, Adobe and Illustrator

* The candidate must be competent in operating machinery and to able to safely supervise pupils working in the workshop

* A DATA certificate would be beneficial, although other training related to Health and safety would be satisfactory
