Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + Company Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a leading business in Birmingham that is looking for a Financial Controller to take ownership of financial reporting, team leadership, and business partnering. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior finance professional to make a real impact.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial statements
• Provide commercial insight to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment
• Enhance processes, systems, and financial controls to support business growth

The Person:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a leadership role
• Strong technical finance background with commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
