Description

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the business.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Provide financial advice to management to aid strategic planning.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent analytical skills for financial forecasting and diagnosis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey financial concepts to non-finance staff.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A professional qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar).
