Requirements:

A bachelor's degree with at least a 2:2 classification.
Passion for the learning and development of pupils aged 4 and 5.
Dedication to following strict safeguarding policies.
A friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build bonds with children.
Previous experience of working in close collaboration with children, or in a school setting, is beneficial but not mandatory. 
The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding the development of EYFS children as they begin their education journey. You will play an integral role in inciting a love for school into the next generation of young learners and will aid the development of pupils' basic literacy and numeracy skills. This is the perfect role for a graduate who wants to gain an understanding of working in a school as you will be working alongside a supportive SLT who will offer you support and guidance as you settle into your new EYFS Teaching Assistant role.
