Job Title: Foot Mobile M&E Engineer

Location: City & West End (Commercial portfolio)

Package: £43,000 + Travel card

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Call Out: 1 in 4 weeks Call Out

About the Role:

I am seeking a skilled and motivated Foot Mobile Engineer to join my client's team, covering commercial sites within the City & West End. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company, with scope to develop and learn further building services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.

* Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and further electrical systems.

* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults quickly and efficiently, operation of BMS.

* Carry out mechanical PPM and repair tasks relating to pumps, AHU's, calorifiers & more.

* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

Requirements:

* Level 3 equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline

* 18th Edition desired

* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.

* Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and regulations.

* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
